Taino
By the motherland we stand a humble group
strong by our convictions and prayers. The
Indian ways we know thru there secret rites.
Always knowing the force that helps us to
understand the ways of nature.
By the motherland we fight, keeping and
preserving the old ways so the land can
grow solid roots and plants to feed our
people.
By the motherland we love, thru every seed
planted, we see the wisdom of the almighty,
hoping we can be one with him.
By the motherland we die, for only thru death
can we recycle our souls to keep this land
Holy.
This is what it means to be Taino!
